IceRiver KS7 is the latest and the most powerful model in the new generation of Kaspa miners from IceRiver.

Cooling is provided by two fans on the front side, which draw cold air into the miner, and two fans on the back side, which take the now warm air away. The manufacturer IceRiver gives a 6-month warranty for the miner. The package includes the IceRiver KS7; an Ethernet cable to connect to the network; two power supply cables and a filter grid to prevent dust from settling on the mining chips, thus extending its life. The dimensions and weight of the device are 43 x 19.5 x 29 cm (16.5 kg net weight).

Soundproofing of the miner

You can buy a Silent box that can be added to the miner, which can reduce the noise level from 75 dB to a level where you can operate the miner from the comfort of your home without any problems. The turbine will provide more optimal cooling than standard fans, reducing electricity consumption and extending the life of the miner.

In addition, the box comes with a set of extensions and tubes that allow you to exhaust warm air directly from the miner and use the residual heat to heat your home. This solution gives home cryptocurrency mining a whole new dimension, saving you hundreds of Euros a year in heating costs. Another advantage is the smart app that you can use to control the basic settings of the box. Of course, there are also chips that shut down the miner in case of overheating or fan failure.

Miner hosting

Mining cryptocurrencies in your home makes sense mainly when you have access to cheap electricity (e.g. from surplus energy from a photovoltaic plant) or when mining along with using the surplus heat to heat your home. In case you do not have access to a source of cheap electricity, we recommend using hosting in our data centre abroad. The cost of electricity is only $0.09/kWh, so with us you can save thousands of Euros a year on your mining operation.
