Bitmain Antminer E9 Pro

The Antminer E9 Pro, introduced in February 2023, is currently one of the most powerful ASIC miners for mining the ETChash algorithm. Compared to the previous model (Antminer E9), the Pro version offers up to 57.5% higher performance and a very respectable efficiency of 0.6 W/Mh.

Main advantages - lower consumption, EthereumPoW mining

The E9 Pro offers many key advantages. The E9 Pro doesn't have the classic ±3000 W power consumption, it only needs 2200W to operate. This advantage will be especially appreciated by miners who benefit from the surplus from a photovoltaic power station and don´t have enough energy for a 3 kWh miner. Another advantage is the ability to override the firmware and switch to mining EthereumPoW (ETHW) or another, smaller coin instead of Ethereum Classic. You can switch and mine what is most profitable.

Technical parameters

Cooling is provided by two fans on the front side, which draw cold air into the miner, and two fans on the back side, which take the now warm air away. The manufacturer Bitmain gives a 6-month warranty for the miner. The package includes the Antminer E9 Pro; an Ethernet cable to connect to the network; two power supply cables and a filter grid to prevent dust from settling on the mining chips, thus extending its life. The dimensions and weight of the device are 55 x 19.5 x 31 cm (20.2 kg).
